Laramie Boomerang office
The first Laramie Boomerang office opened March 11, 1881. Named for his cantankerous gray mule, Edgar Wilson "Bill" Nye established the newspaper with support from local Laramie businessmen including W. H. Holliday, the Trabing brothers, and Henry and Charles Wagner.
